Dr. Brendan McCarthy is by far, the BEST! He made sure I was comfortable, asked me questions, answered my questions and the whole experience was very good. Dr. McCarthy's assistant helped out by calling in my new script and they care. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

NLI provided an upbeat and professional atmosphere. The instructors were knowledgable and energetic about the material presented, they answered questions with patience and willingness! There was always alotted time during the sessions to make absolute sure you are comfortable with the task at hand. I really enjoyed the photo facial treatment yesterday. The instructor carefully guided the students in their technique & asked them questions to help them think about their approach & how to handle the photo facial equipment. I am already seeing results of the treatment!

I like listening to the teacher explain the correct procedure step by step. This allows my input and no question about what is actually be done.

Tess was friendly and fully capable to explain the cool sculpting process and what to expect. She is a great ambassador for her profession.

Everyone was very upbeat when I arrived which made me feel comfortable. They explained the procedure and answered all my questions without hesitation. The procedure was done without any pain and I hope after all the upcoming sessions that the hair will be all gone or at least greatly reduced.
