I was extremely satisfied.

The instructor seemed knowledgeable but I would have appreciate knowing the cost of all the dermal fillers and Botox that were done before I received service I also do jig mind various students working on me but would before same student for the same area on both sides so that both sides of my face would be more equal. Various persons have different techniques.

Tess is very personable and professional at the same time. She is really a pleasure and goes out of her way to ensure my comfort.

I thoroughly enjoy my visits. The clinicians are professional and make me feel secure in their knowledge. I plan to continue my care with National Laser Institute! I do wish they'd make arrangements to come to the St Louis area.

I bought a package of services, and NLI has been very flexible with me. Had issue with one of the aestheticians, but manager was quick to resolve. Hillary is by far the best one who has treated my skin. Their products are nice too.

Excellent experience with Botox injections. Instructor guided students on areas to treat based on face symmetry and how to best position syringe for injection.

Angelique is the best! Great attitude, product knowledge and professionalism. I have used her for many years and will continue to come back.

Jacqueline was very pleasant and informative. The entire staff was very nice and welcoming and I felt comfortable the moment I stepped into the room. I went in for information on one area, but will definitely be returning for things such as laser hair removal, and that's a big deal seeing as I usually buy them on Groupon!
