Appointment Check In Procedure
National Laser Institute has implemented the following measures to maximize your safety and that of our staff and students:

The treatment room will be thoroughly sanitized prior to yourservice.

You will be required to wear a mask prior to entering the spa. If you do not have a mask, NLI will provide you with one and a $2 charge will be added to your bill upon checkout.

Upon arrival you will send a text to the following number to notify our front desk staff that you have arrived.

A member of our front desk staff will call you to ask the COVID screening questions over the phone.

A staff member will come to your car wearing a mask, gloves, and a face shield and take your temperature by scanning your forehead with a no contact thermometer.

You will be provided with any consent or medical forms required for your visit.

We ask that you text the number provided to notify the front desk staff when you have completed your consent and/or medical forms.

You will receive a text reply notifying you to meet our staff member at the front lobby door. They will lead you to the treatment room.
Possible Symptoms of COVID:
If you experience any of the symptoms listed below within the 14 days prior to your appointment we ask that you us immediately to reschedule your appointment for a later date:
