Lady on the reception desk was friendly, happy, professional and genuine. Every time I have visited and this lady has helped me, she has been extremely helpful and nice. The technician who did my laser hair removal is friendly, happy, professional and genuine too. She has performed my laser a few times and she is always great. You have great employees who are genuinely friendly and helpful.

Very pleased as always with Debbie's treatment and product recommendations. It would be helpful tho to receive an email with pre- and post info re: the laser treatment e.g. stop taking fish oil, vitamin C, etc. and what to get ahead of time e.g. Cetaphil, Aquafor, etc.

Debbie knows her craft and provided great information about the procedure and process. She is warm and caring and fun. I will continue to utilize her expertise for my skincare. I would rate her higher if there was a higher rating. I will recommend her to my friends. So happy with Debbie and love NLI.

I wasn't sure what to expect, because I've been to student clinics before to get services and a few times, I left angry. However, my service was at National Laser was excellent. The trainer knew what she was doing and I felt really confident with her knowledge. The students were sweet and did a great job. I will definitely be back. I only wish they had a stationary medspa in Boston. As of right now, they only offer services every 3 months or so. Maybe that's a good thing though, otherwise I would be there on weekly basis! Highly recommend...
