Sue made me feel very comfortable! She was an excellent instructor and the students were so nice and attentive. It had been 7 years since I had filler in my lips because I found it so painful in spite of being numbed. Sue made sure I was numbed and explained the filler has a numbing agent in it and was not as painful as it once was. She was so right! I felt very little discomfort!! I would recommend Sue to anyone!! Sue is so knowledgeable and made my experience very pleasant.

Fantastic Experience, I look 10 years younger!

I discovered this spa about five years ago. I have gone to them since then, and they have always been amazing! Every service that I have received, which is many, has always been a great experience. I would recommend this spa to anyone. Even the students do a wonderful job.

I would like to let you know that the client service given by Tess B. is exceptional, she is genuinely caring and very interested in my feedback of the services I am receiving. I appreciate the 5 star service; it makes me feel good about continuing to come back. Traci, another asset at NLI, has been my technician for the Velashape sessions and she is wonderful, works hard and shares her knowledge on nutrition, health and exercise which I appreciate. I hope this method works for me, I am about half way through, but it does seem that you have the best of the best at NLI!

I had a great experience; the instructor and students were kind and professional. I was very relaxed the entire time. I appreciated hearing the instructor provide feedback as the students took turns with various stages of the procedure. I was so pleased with the outcome and feel great. I love NLI and highly recommend it to anyone.

My experience at NLI Spa was very positive because of the two young ladies in the front lobby assisting me. The reception crew were very eager to help and very cordial, there was a mix up regarding the date for my appointment and I was accommodated by the reception team and the instructor who fit me into her schedule. The instructor that performed the service was very helpful, she was knowledgeable and informative as well as confident, competent, engaging and pleasant to talk to.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the technician was at performing the IPL. I went in for a consult to see if I could have it. It was determined that I could and it took no time to do the treatment at that time.
