My instructor was wonderful and always thorough in past treatments. The students at this school are polite and concerned about my comfort during my procedure. Been going to NLI for a few years and will continue for years to come. I had a facial at a spa and asked them how much sun damage I had to my skin. I was told it was minimal. Before having treatments at NLI I was told my damage was significant. I am one happy person. One area for improvement is the amount of time I had to wait for previous appointments. This session was reasonable.

I had a pro fractional laser on my face, neck and chest with Debbie on November 23, 2015. I am still in the healing phase after second day post. I was so impressed with the expertise and the procedure of the service I received. I wanted to post this for others considering laser to not be apprehensive like I was... Debbie began the procedure by discussing what she would be doing and why, and what to expect of the outcome and how I would look and feel afterwards. During the procedure she was continually asking how I was doing. She was very professional and definitely is an expert in her field. I would recommend Nation Laser Institute to family and friends. If your looking for a place you can trust for a successful outcome this is the place for you. I also met Louis who is the General Manager/Owner and he was a super great person and definitely cares about his clients and his business. This is a Top notch Laser Center and spa. I will be back. I will post before, during and after pictures once I have healed. Stay tuned for an update.
I had a fractional resurfacing laser on face, neck and chest. I was thrilled to meet Debbie. She was so professional and caring every step of the procedure. She started my procedure going over all the aspects of the procedure, what to expect during and after. During the procedure, she was always asking if I was doing okay. I am very impressed, Although I am still healing, everything is as it should be. I am healing nicely. I will post pictures on Yelp and on this site if I can.. Happy Thanksgiving all. Oh and I got the honor to meet, " Louis" What a super good guy he is... I would recommend this place for laser procedures or even laser training to my best friend and family. This man truly cares about his clients and this school... Thank you so much, Louis and Debbie.
My experience, as always, was extraordinary! My technician is knowledgeable and keeps up with all of the latest lasers. I have complete faith in her skills and abilities.
Any chance I get to have national laser come to Boston I am so there. The Most Nice St Friendliest People And Professional People U Will Ever Get. They know their profession. I can't say enough except I wish they were located in Boston for good. Luv them and if u have the opportunity to want to have whatever u need done. National Laser people are #1. Very pleased with service and women at reception are wonderful. Have three friends that are now clients. Hope to see a spa in the east coast in the future.
