I had been told by numerous dermatologist that I should get a photo facial . As soon as I am called back to the room I am informed I am not a candidate for laser. I have melasma and a laser treatment would just make it worse. I was offered a Vi chemical peel. I am already seeing results. So thankful to the staff actually reading my charts and knowing that it was not a procedure I would benefit from.

Had 5 laser tattoo removal treatments so far, and every time I go in the entire staff is great. Everyone is nice and polite. Evee is awesome with the laser. She very patiently explains what she'll be doing and is very encouraging. The process is painful but I'm definitely seeing results!

Staff is kind and the service is excellent.

Kelly is a wonderful teacher. I was listening to her instruct her students during the procedure. Not only was she giving them helpful hints and information she was quizzing them to make sure they were thinking everything through and that they were truly understanding what she was telling them. Quite frankly, its a good distraction from the stinging on the face to listen in on their lesson. My face is quite blotchy today and burned or bruised in one area -- I'm sure it will look better by next week.
