First time with instructor Monica and she was amazing. I've been to the school five times and have never had a bad experience but Monica was just over the top amazing. She was very thorough and even though it seemed like the first day of class for the attending students I felt very comfortable with her supervising them and guiding them through each step..

I went to the Laser Institute for the first time yesterday. They were very professional. The staff made you feel welcome and before my procedure explained everything to me...While I was having my procedure they guided me through the process. Can't wait to go back for my next treatment. I actually booked two more treatments for other services while I was there. I would highly recommend the National Laser Institute.

I had a very positive experience at National Laser Institute. My appointment was for laser hair removal. The receptionist was friendly and immediately greeted and assisted me, even with a full room of students in the lobby. I was promptly taken back for my procedure. Erin was awesome! She was friendly, professional, quick, and thorough. I cannot wait to see the results!
