I've had numerous procedures performed at NLI. The staff and students have always been cordial and I've been very pleased with the outcome of each procedure. Since it is a teaching environment it's normal to be surrounded by several students.Some people might be bothered by this, but if that's the case you could always book through the spa.

I received a Jessner peel for my acneic, oily skin which had really started to look dull and not smooth from lingering PMS breakouts and hyperpigmentation. I had the peel done by a student. I could tell she was well-taught in the way she took measures to treat and protect my skin prior to applying the peel itself. She did a very thorough job as evidenced by the results of the peel that I experienced a week later. It resulted in such an even sloughing revealing a more even tone all the while bringing some pimples to the surface. I feel that my skincare products that I use at home are more effective since the peel. NLI will always be a part of my skincare game!

I love National Laser Institute. I have been going to your business now for 6+ years! I find every person there so knowledgeable and personable. For private treatments, Brook and Angelica are my girls, they are excellent. I also go to the school with the instructor and students, this is my primary procedure on NLI's laser treatments. Keep up the excellent technology and I look forward to the new HALO laser treatments. I have recommended 6 people both men and women, from my office to NLI and yes they love NLI also. I also am encouraging 2 young friends to attend the school I love NLI.

The level of professionalism is great. Both instructors and learners create the perfect environment to make everybody feel special. I definitively recommend this facility to all ladies who are looking for aesthetics.

The instructor was very knowledgeable, and attentive of the students during my laser session. She asked questions of the students, and waited patiently for the answers before proceeding with the treatment. I felt that my comfort and ease was a main concern with the instructor and the students

Although the instructor had students in the room, she was in complete command and it was obvious that the students completely understood what they were doing and handled the equipment professionally. They were able to answer questions regarding both the equipment and the actual treatment. The instructor provided a great learning experience for the students and a comfortable treatment for me.

I won the spacation package giveaway. When I went in for my scheduled appointment I was a bit nervous. When I walked in the staff was very friendly and welcoming which made me feel at ease. The owner Louis came out to greet me along with the manager. Both were so very friendly. Angelica who administered the injections was amazing! She also made me feel at ease and comfortable. This place far exceeded my expectations. They actually listen to what you want and help and for those Ike me who aren't sure what they want she made susuggestions.
