Went in and had a lower leg hair removal treatment done. The students were very nice and extremely professional. I was slightly nervous since I have heard mix reviews on laser hair removal but I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Love having the students work on me. I think it's kinda fun to have so many people helping me out, and I enjoy partaking in the learning experience as well.
I came in to get a photofacial but after the consultation and talking about my melasma, ultimately I was unable to get that service since it could make my melasma even worse. I mentioned I had the eMatrix laser treatment done previously and liked it so the sweet instructor went to check if I could get in for one of those instead. I had to wait about 30 minutes but was able to get in for an eMatrix treatment instead. It was great how accommodating there were since I drove 40 minutes out there and would have been sad to leave without a treatment. The instructor of the class that gave me the eMatrix was very knowledgeable and even gave me her cellphone number should I have had any issues or questions following the treatment. Loved my second experience at NLI 🙂
OK so no one enjoys Tattoo Removal, but I love that I get right in when I get there I don't wait in the lobby for a long time, the staff are friendly and helpful and considerate, they get you in and out of the procedure room Super fast as well!
They were very professional and caring in their treatment I thought they gave their students superb knowledge and help and did them very well I am very happy and satisfied with my procedure.
