Was very happy with my treatment and I apologize as I cannot remember the name of the lovely lady that did my treatment. She was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable as I was uncertain what to expect and she walked me through each step. She is great with your clients and also said she is an instructor there as well. Kudos to her!!

Great spa and outstanding service.

The girls at National Laser Institute are amazing! They treat you with the upmost kindness and respect from the moment you walk in the doors as well as through your treatments. I've had work done by Angelica and Tracey and they made sure to keep the conversation going to distract me from the feeling of the treatment! I love this location and it works! Currently on my second treatment for stretch marks on my stomach and I have one more to go... Super exciting!!!

From the moment I walked in the door, I was SO very impressed with everyone that I encountered during my experience - from the receptionist at the front desk, to the instructor, to the students - everyone was just AMAZING!!! I especially can't say enough great things about the instructor and the students - they were truly, truly WONDERFUL!!! and did a very thorough and meticulous job. They were not only very, very courteous & knowledgeable - all of which made me feel very much at ease - but they were very adamant about being precise and doing the procedure as perfectly as possible!! They really took their time and never once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. I am definitely a loyal client for life and cannot recommend National Laser Institute Spa enough!!! Thank you again for providing such high quality, excellent Spa services/experiences at such affordable prices!!!

I truly enjoy me experience every time I come in, no matter the procedure or the service provider. I've always good to excellent results with every procedure I've had, both in the private med spa and the institution setting; they are of equal quality and standards. I truly enjoy the procedures I've had performed in the institution's/ teaching setting, as I ask questions i normally wouldn't in the med spa & always leave having learned a lot myself.

Laser specialist Monica is amazing. She is so good with her students and with clients. The front desk staff is friendly and timely as well.

From the moment I walked into the door you are greeted with a smile, that is important to me, it makes you feel good, that you made the right choice, that every thing is going to be just fine.. My session was with Amy, who is amazing. She is so personable as well as professional, she introduced me to each student in the room to make me feel comfortable. She explained in great detail to the students every step to take and every step not to take and why. I actually learned a lot as well. I didn't feel like I was on display, I felt like I was a special. Amy is my favorite Aesthesia at the Laser Institute she is so sweet and kind and wants to make you beautiful. I have a long list to make me feel the way I need to feel when I look in the mirror but she somehow just makes you feel more confident about yourself and that is important. She cares. Thanks Amy!

I LOVED my experience at National Laser from the moment I walked In. I especially enjoyed my laser technician. She carefully went over what I wanted and continued to ask how I was doing during the treatment. She kept up with my reaction to the laser.

National Laser is the only medspa for me. The prices are the best, the instructors (especially Monica) are the best, and the treatments are super. National Laser uses all the latest equipment and most recent procedures. I recommend National Laser to all my neighbors and relatives.

I was able to make an appointment quickly, came in and was offered cookies and water, was taken back to the room within a timely manner. I had Botox done, and was in a class which was led professionally, and I literally felt nothing. The women in the class, as well as the teacher, were so nice and friendly. I had the best experience ever.
