Pleasant experience!

First let me state that I am extremely picky about my skin care. I have been coming to Laser Institute for over 4 years now, and it is always a great experience. My concerns are addressed in a professional, friendly manner. I will keep going back for my skin treatments!!! I highly recommend you try this place.

I went in for a photo facial. I know, is it painful? It felt like a little "poke" with heat, Very Doable folks! Staff was very friendly, front & back. The students did a GREAT job on my procedure. They made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions. Their instructor "Sam"( she was awesome) was by their side every step of the way to insure proper technique and safety. I'll go back again for sure!

I have never been to any kind of beauty institute. So I was not really sure what to expect for my overall experience. I had a pretty good idea of the photo facial because I had done research and had gone to a med spa about getting a photo facial. The procedure was done professionally. The instructor was great, the students were engaged and eager to learn and do it correctly. I wish I had remembered their names because there was one student who really stood out for me. She made excellent eye contact with me and seemed to know the answers to the instructors questions. Next time I will make sure I get the students and instructor names in my head. My experience was fantastic. I was treated well and put at ease right away. I can hardly wait to experience more services offered. I purchased products which the instructor was very informative. She recommend a product after much discussion with me. What I liked too was she stated that if I was not happy with the product after using for a short time I could return it. Thank you
