The girls were very patient with me at the front desk. I was pretty sure I was signed up for the eLight from the online special. I had a credit for eMatrix which I wanted put towards another elight. We got it all straightened out, and I luckily got in because someone didn't show up. The instructor was also very nice & helpful with her students.

Hillary was amazing! I had a really great experience. She was very knowledgeable and I would go back to her should I ever come back to the states again. She really took the time to conquer some small big defeats on my skin that had been bugging me for awhile. I really appreciated her expertise and her suggestions for what my face really needed. I only wish I could remain her client so that I could see what she could accomplish with my face if she had that opportunity. In a short time she had done some amazing work with extracting some problematic issues with ingrown white heads etc. I'm still healing with the Microneedling. I really got swollen and bruised and its been a few days I still have some swelling along the cheek area and under the eyes but we really tried to conquer that area. Thanks Hillary!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Angelique! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, attentive and most importantly, she did a fantastic job! Even though I was her last appointment on a Saturday evening, she didn't rush me in any way or make me feel like she wanted to get out of there, she made sure I was super numb before doing my lip injections. She kept a great conversation going and made me feel so comfortable. I asked a lot of questions about other procedures they offered and she was really helpful. I will without a doubt be going back to Angelique for all my botox and filler needs, but also can't wait to try out other services soon! Sooo happy I found this place! 🙂

My appt was with Charisma for injectables. She was very professional and sweet and put me completely at ease. I'm very pleased with my results! Very nice atmosphere and warm helpful staff. I've been going to NLI for four years and will continue going and recommending them to my friends and family.

I was pleasantly surprised how painless the process was. The technician was very informative, friendly and helpful in making the experience a pleasnt one. The facility was very nice, and I was able to see a little difference already!

Monica is above all others the best! She addressed the redness of my skin and thoroughly explained the procedure, the reasoning for the settings she used and the result she needed to achieve for me. I had my doubts about this particular modality going in to this appointment but left with a noticeable difference and I am happy with the result. Monica is an asset to NLI.

I got my first tattoo removal procedure done at the Dallas location...I have to say I have had removal before "but not like this". I have already recommended NLI to many friends and family...The procedure I had done was the best,and I will return!

Not only is the office very conveniently located and upscale, the services provided are top notch. The tattoo removal was quick and the results so far are outstanding! Very glad I found NLI, this is nicer than my doctors office and actually affordable!
