Just over 3 years ago I started a huge tattoo project but before my tattooer could begin, we needed to remove some unsightly preexisting tattoos. I searched for a place to have laser treatment done and I noticed that the normal price for removal was pretty expensive.

I found the Laser Institute online and emailed them. I asked how much it was for the treatment and if they would be able to schedule me for an appointment. Their response time was quick and I had no problems scheduling. Also, their pricing was very inexpensive compared to other places.

As far as the staff goes, you couldn’t ask for a better service. The instructors make sure they educate you on the process before you begin. They covered the estimated amount of treatments before completion, how much discomfort you experience during the treatment and most important they educated me on proper aftercare.

My instructor Shelley was absolutely amazing the entire time. I explained what we were doing and she truly fed off of my passion to reach the goal. She became a very important part of our progress. She updated me on her schedule every month and sent dates for openings directly to my email. This made things very easy for my work schedule.

The other staff I interacted with were great as well. Usually I had someone different checking me in and I was always greeted professionally. Just a side note, and this is just out of observation, pretty much every woman on staff at the institute is gorgeous. haha

Just like a tattoo or hair removal, it takes time to do the job safely and properly. You cannot just go in one time and expect a complete, immediate & safe removal. To prevent scaring and have limited pain, you’ll have to trust the professionals and what they do best. I did just that and I couldn’t be happier!

I am 85% completed with the suit, my old tattoos are long gone and I made a couple friends along the way. Total win/win!! This year I am competing confidently in another Hell City convention and hopefully I will bring home a trophy. Thanks Laser Institute for helping me along the way!!

All of the dermal filler procedures were expertly overseen by the teacher. With her explanations to the students I too became informed as to what and why something was being done: which increased My understanding(which is always advantageous): Even though various students injected me, I found it Less painful than that which I'd had done elsewhere by a pro!

My appointment was for skin tightening. I was evaluated and interviewed and during the process it was realized that I was not ready for the procedure because of a prior Laser treatment. I was grateful that the staff didn't push me. We made arrangements for me to return in a couple of weeks to let my skin calm down and be more ready for treatment. This put my needs first and not the student's needs to check off a treatment on their list.

Yesterday I had my first Fhotofacial with Angelica. She was very sweet, made me feel comfortable, explained everything I needed to know, told me what she was doing as she was doing it and did a great job. The procedure was not very painful at all. The flash of light made me flinch a little, not the level of discomfort. Already see results. I will be going back in 4 weeks for my next treatment. I should also mention the people at the front desk were very nice. Everyone I had contact with was professional and happy to answer any questions.

The ladies were all really nice and supportive. The procedure was very quick. It was not nearly as painful as they described before the treatment. So I was very scared going into it because they told me it was very painful. It didn't feel good but it wasn't too bad. So maybe that was helpful too, going into it expecting the worst made the procedure seem so much less painful. The ladies attitudes were wonderful they were so very encouraging! I'm looking forward to trying out some of the other services offered at the school!
