The trainer was fabulous and I was impressed at how she was able to explain and teach Botox methods.

I can't rave enough about this place! I loved Sam, she was so knowledgeable and professional and kind. I had a great experience and I will definitely book again next time you're in town! I can't wait to see the results:) the prices are insanely good and even though it's a training environment, you still feel every comfortable and pampered! The only small complaint I have is that when I booked my eMatrix on my stomach, no one informed me that I couldn't spray tan beforehand and therefore I couldn't get one of the procedures. They only informed me I couldn't tan in a bed, so that was a bummer.

I was given full explanation of my procedure and written instructions for after care. I have been a client of theirs for 10+ years and have never been disappointed or had a bad outcome. I have referred many of my friends there and they also have been very pleased.

This was my first experience with the National Laser Institute, and with laser hair removal. The staff were friendly, and informative. My technician was incredible, and I was able to be part of students learning which was a great experience. I look forward to my future treatments at the National Laser Institute and highly recommend them for any needs one might have in this arena.
