The staff was courteous, helpful and attentive to all of my concerns the day of the procedure. Tess explained the procedure perfectly and call me the following day to find out how I was doing. Thank you so much Tess. Traci the laser technician is awesome. Thank you Traci for taking good care of my skin. This was my first visit with NLI Spa and still healing from the procedure. I will post a follow up review after I know the final results.

I've always been very satisfied with all the ladies at National Laser Institute in Dallas for my tattoo laser removal but they by far exceeded my expectations this visit! I went in for laser hair removal (first one ever) and Evee and her girls were very professional and made me feel very comfortable!! Needless to say I will continue with my sessions! My friends are also lined up to get there too!
