I had a very enjoyable Halo experience in the training facility. The instructor made me feel very comfortable and the students did a wonderful job. I love NLI! This is my "go to" place for anything beauty related. Thank you!

I love this place! It allows me to receive various procedures at discounted prices. Everyone - staff, teachers and students alike have all been terrific.

The receptionist was were very helpful in helping me to decide which product would be best for me.

Debbie was very pleasant and explained everything she was doing. She made sure I was given instruction of what to do and expect in the next few days. She also let me know that I could call or email her if I had any further questions or problems.

I loved my last visit because they did a little extra for me and I didn't get charged. This time it was an e light treatment and done. Also wanted to get an appointment for a filler and couldn't get one. Tried calling for at least 2 months, no openings.

I had my first Photofacial and I couldn't be more pleased. The instructor Monica was wonderful. She went the extra mile to put me at ease. The students in the training course were very professional and knowledgeable. Needless to say I rebooked for more treatments.

I had Kathleen this go around for my Juvederm Ultra injections. She is the best! The results are absolutely amazing. No one has ever done so well giving me the results I want. I was very nervous as this was my first experience with injectables of any kind. I saw Ami and I couldn't be more pleased with her, the cost of treatment and the results. I felt like I was in very capable hands, and she made a little go a long way - with only one syringe of Juvederm ultra and 15 units of Botox she was able to correct mild marionette lines (upper AND lower), a crease between my eyebrows and even had some left over to plump my lips! No other med spa said they could do all that with so little. I don't feel the need to go anywhere else in the future. Thank you so much, Ami!!

Pristine area as you walk in. Sometimes a nice greeting as you walk in & sometimes not. Depends on who is at the front desk. Although most of the times cordial & professional front desk staff. Spa professionals are very good at what they do. Rooms are clean, well maintained. Always comfortable, there, never an issue with any spa specialist. Know what they are doing. Institute has great prices & specials. Have received calls telling me about a spa special. However, these specials get booked very quickly if I don't respond almost immediately. So glad NLI is in Dallas & at this location. Easy to find. NLI is a fine place. You leave with a feeling that you can't wait to come back.
