Excellent service.

I had a fine experience if sticking needles in your legs veins can be fine. Really the ladies were very, very good. They ask me what I was most concerned about and checked to make sure they had done everything that concerned me. They gave me good instructions on what to do in after-care, which I've done. They were fun (we laughed and made fun of my golf experiences), professional, and showed genuine care and attentiveness to my comfort and desired outcome. Besides it was a great financial deal. I've had many procedures at National Laser. All of them have been "top notch".

I LOVE the work that Shelley Cook does! I cannot say enough good things about her or what she does. From providing chitchat during a painful procedure to take my mind off the pain to the professional follow-up and careful note taking to track progress Shelley is the best.

I always have an excellent experience with the trainers teaching and mentoring their professional students. I've had multiple skincare treatments completed over the last few years, such as photo facials, micro laser peel, two different chemical facial peels, botox and teeth whitening! NLI has always been diligent to ensure my skincare safety was always first, but thoroughly reviewing my medical history and skincare regime, so that I didn't overlap too soon on services. They really care about their clients and truly uphold a strong work ethic regarding client care and safety. I have always recommended NLI to coworkers, family and friends for skincare and other spa care needs. I value this company and truly enjoy being a part of their training program, because I love skincare and they are definitely at the forefront of providing the latest laser and related skincare techniques.

As always, a superb experience from the front desk to the treatment room. Jackie at the front desk is a pleasure, and Ami, who administered my treatment is highly skilled and exceptional at everything she does. The whole staff meets the highest standard of expectation. I won't go anyplace else!

Great staff; the call center, front desk, and the laser techs have all been 5 star. KDAL is right next door so it's easy to get to if you're flying in. The price makes it worth my time to make the trip from Wichita KS.

So far so good. I need to wait on results as it takes a couple of weeks. Everyone was very nice and explained in full detail what was going on. I am looking forward to the final results in 2-3 weeks. Not sure if I will tell friends and family. I want the to think i am a natural beauty. 🙂

Monica was wonderful. It was the first day her class had worked with clients. She made them and me feel very comfortable. As an esthetician, I enjoyed the "class" that she provided for her students and me on client evaluation, explanation of the treatment and the post treatment regimen. See you in January, Monica!

The cleanest spa with the friendliest people. You can tell they take keeping as much of your body covered & keeping you comfortable as a top priority as well. Something that has been really great is how easy it is to make appointments regardless of having a busy schedule. They also email, text, and call to remind you of your upcoming appointment which is very helpful.

Evee was great as always, quick and professional. My procedure does tend to hurt, but she is on point in making me feel as comfortable as possible etc.
