Angelica was very nice and provided answers to all my questions and concerns as I was not educated correctly. She was very knowledgeable about her craft and made my experience very calm and enjoyable. Can't wait to see my results!!

This is an absolutely gorgeous location. They offer a variety of services at affordable prices. I have been different technicians for two different services and has taken excellent care of me. They are extremely professional and patient and has always answered all of my questions. I would suggest coming here for all of your spa needs!

I absolutely love this place and I'm totally addicted. It's like a one shop stop that offers all types of skincare treatments at an affordable price. From the minute you walk into the door the staff greet you and are very knowledgeable and professional. I've been going to NLI now for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Jamie has done several microneedling and PRP microneedling and it's just amazing how well this works over time to reduce and even eliminate fine lines and wrinkles. I recently saw a picture of myself from 5 years ago and my skin looks 10 times better now than it did then. Thank you National Laser Institute!

I have had numerous appointments where Debbie has been the instructor, and she has always made sure that I was comfortable during each procedure. Just recently I had 3 appointments, scheduled several days apart, and discussed them with Debbie when I went in for my 1st appointment. She reviewed the procedures and realized that the second procedure should not have been scheduled so closely to the third appointment. Her knowledge, professionalism and patient care are a credit to your business. It is comforting to know that your staff puts the well being of the patients above the bottom line. I have and will continue to promote your business to friends, co-workers and family, but now with Debbie as my favorite technician/instructor.

As a first-time client, I was a bit nervous, but the personnel were polite, professional and on time. The procedure was explained in detail before proceeding and I was kept informed of the steps during the procedure. Everything went very well.
