Everyone wants to look better, feel better, just be better..They want to find a place to go where you feel comfortable, They do a great job at advising you and the thing they feel will work the best for you and your skin.. I have never felt taken advantage of, I have been to other places where they just want to sell and don't care if it will work for you or not, I have been going to National Laser Institute for about 4 to 5 years now and I love them if you are looking for a great environment with friendly caring people oh and don't forget the great prices they offer set up an appointment and give them a try <3

I don't yet know the results of my visit, but Hillary was fantastic. Wonderful personality and completely professional. Suggested something that would correct something I have been dealing with for a long time. Can't wait to see the outcome.

I am new to the area and can't speak more highly of the facility and their staff! I am so thankful out of my random search online once arriving into town I came across the spa because I've been a happy customer since . I already have been multiple times and it won't be the last as I'm now a life long customer and since have made several referrals after friends, family and coworkers either see my beautiful results in person or hear my rave reviews! I can't thank the wonderful and helpful staff and those who answer the phones at the desk and always make me feel so comfortable accommodating my appointments and answering all of my questions as they are always so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Amazing first impression; convenient and beautiful local-parking a cinch. Very expedient process and lovely smiling faces at every turn. The actual treatment room was totally slick, sterile and very Med-Tech. I was the center of attention and the object of a very professional, yet caring, team of technicians. I felt like I was a special guest star in an episode of 'HOUSE'...with a much prettier Dr. House stunt double:) Can't wait to go back for more follow up treatments--which doesn't scare me because it was SO inexpensive.

Treatment was professional and the students & teacher all were attentive and friendly. They are great about explaining the procedure and comforting your nerves.

My first visit to National Laser Institute was wonderful! My daughter is a cosmetologist so I appreciate the student experience and have gone to schools in different areas of the country. I found your school to be exceptional! While many forego the "trappings" I found NLI to have the same facility level one expects from a high-end spa. VERY clean, open and airy. The staff set a great example of professional yet friendly demeanor for the students. I had IPL done on my lower legs to remove age discoloration. I can already see a difference after only the first visit. I was fascinated to hear the instructor's explanations and comments to the students. It made ME more aware of what was going on. I highly recommend!

My sisyer and I both go to NLI for laser hair removal. Alexa Hagen provides us with EXCELLENT service! I have several people that I work with that also use Alexample for their services. They all say the same thing, 'she is wonderful!' I recommend your spa to everyone.
