Drinks For Beautiful Skin

The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful anti aging antidote or the slowest form of poison. In fact, every 35 days, your skin replaces itself. Your body makes new cells from the food you eat. What you eat literally becomes you.You have a choice in what you’re made of. 

Having beautiful skin is a reflection of your internal state. If you’re healthy on the inside, it will show on the outside. The old adage is true: you are what you eat. Here are some ways you can eat & drink your way to beautiful skin.
